但是,素里各个区出租和自住比例区别大。可以明显的看到,素里中心,大量的单元用于出租。这非常容易理解。

2011年人口统计,素里有463,340。素里平均家庭收入(家庭平均人口3.5)$92,446.

假如素里一个月新增人口1000,每月就需要增加285个(年需近3000)新居住单位才能保持生活质量。
下面看一看每年整个素里总成交量(不包括不在MLS 统计的新房成交量)的情况。

具体成交受季节性变化影响大。3月到6月份是黄金季节。
